I chased him through ghetto for like 5 minuets before he went there. All of the bridge is red zone up until where I killed him, I didn't realise that he was out of ghetto because it was in between marabunta HQ and ghetto. But if I'm going to get punished for this then he should get punished for running outside of ghetto when clearly being chased.
