Was making my way to next informal which is OOC event and 65124 starts shooting at me without any demands, cuffs me before OOC event, searches me without saying nothing and later tried to arrest me and when i asked him why you shooting at me, bro started stuttering and his reasoning was suspicion which doesnt make any sense. I was in discord call with my friends as we were doing OOC events.

We got a emergency call people were robbing ATM inside PH and in the POV you can see that ID 501 was runing backward PH and we can detain anyone for reasonable suspicion. At 1:25 to 1:35 you can see I already told him that I'm going to search him. I have provide you the POV you can justify who did RDM,CL and VDM
