As far as I know, RDM stands for Random deathmatch. You heard it right RANDOM. Here there is no randomness, there is an IC reason (the car theft) that allows me to shoot.
Let's not talk about car ramming, it was a tight space and it all got messed up.
As for UB, I think in no situation, someone could bring his PDA and call assistance while being upside down in a tunnel underground with a supercar.
Also I'm suspecting a meta gaming here. The car that got stolen is an FIB's agent. And what are the odds that an FIB agent
