Ruby Specter rejected my forum saying “he was checked before”. Im a normal player and I came across Hasan Sarsilmaz's old forum account and when I tried to look at it I got a message that it had been deleted, then I looked at his current account and he was using it, which clearly showed a violation of Forum Rule 9. Why wasnt his current forum account banned if it had been checked before.
