If you think its out of topic to talk about you breaking rules hmm ok np, but even if an off duty officer or any citizen sit in the car and take a ride for even 1 meter it is considered as personal use my guy it doesnt matter if he is off duty he cant sit in the car and i kindly suggest you to read the rules.
