metagaming is using information outside the game, he was definitely in a call, however no sign of metagaming. And you cant identify he was unplugging something, that could of been anything.

The POV for ID 908 shown that he had lost his connection in the event therefore wont be considered as Combat Log.
however,
he will still receive a punishment for Metagaming​
