1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I’ve been doing RP for a while now and learned a lot about how things work on the server — especially as a cop. But now I feel like I want to do something different and more useful. Being an admin means I can help people, stop rule breaks, and keep the server fun for everyone. I enjoy solving problems and helping new players, so I think this is a good.
2.What are your strengths?
I’m active almost every day and I’ve been in different orgs like LSPD, SAHP, FIB, NG, and even Bloods, so I’ve seen both state and crime sides. I know the rules really well and I understand how most things work. I try to stay calm in tough situations and I like helping people when they’re confused or stuck.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Sometimes I overthink small situations or take a bit more time to decide when things get complicated. And i also have a sympathize behavior.
4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I know most of the rules and how orgs work since I’ve been in both legal and crime side. I can stay calm in intense situation and try to understand both sides before doing anything. I also like helping new players when they ask questions or don’t know what to do. I think I can be active and helpful in the team.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans. The first day I came to Grand RP, I couldn't really understand what to do or not, a friend of mine helped me how to roleplay, helped me by telling me some rules, told me that you should do the jobs that come to beginners, such as farm work, electric station work, taxi driver, etc., I worked hard on these jobs and tried my best to improve myself. After a few days, I started my career in a legal firm called SAHP, where I worked hard again, from trainee and now I have become the chief commander. I have served citizens as a policeman and doctor in RP and gained a lot of experience, now I want to serve as an admin and help players on the server. That's the reason to I want become an admin. Ans. I am coolest and hardworking person and when there is a problem, I try to solve it immediately.

Ans. Nervousness.

I worked as a leo for my whole rp life moreover I do like the work of an admin and helping people. As I have seen some time players are not getting their solution on time and facing problems, I also faced problems while I was new to the server. For these reasons I would love to join admin team.

- I had some times in GOV as 2x Minister of State, SAHP as 1x Chief Commander of all dep, and in an unofficial family. I faced different types of roleplay experiences, but I kept my standard roleplay smooth. I believe I am ready to take more responsibility for the server and help server players. I want to take action against server rule breakers and give them punishment for their acts. I want to keep the server free from rule breakers. - What are your strengths?
- I always talk in standard English, speak with good words, and respect others.
- Quick learner.
- I am creative-minded. I have cool ideas to solve problems and come out of different terrible problems/situations.
- I am very hardworking and passionate about my job. I always put the best effort I can.

1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Ans: I have been playing on this server for couple of months now. From the beginning I enjoyed my rp life also did a good rp in the server. I worked as a leo for my whole rp life moreover I do like the work of an admin and helping people. As I have seen some time players are not getting their solution on time and facing problems, I also faced problems while I was new to the server. Moreover on these days players aren't getting help on time and it's going hamper the player thoughts and in game experiences in future. As I can manage my time very well so I think I will be good enough to help our RP players with an ease. For these reasons I would love to join admin team.
2. What are your strengths?
Ans: As per my strength I can make myself calm in every situation and for this I can think clearly what I need to do next. I can fix problems easily while staying as calm. I can also good at time management & I think I can say it's also a part of my strength.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Ans: Trusting people easily, extra emotions.

Since I entered the city, I joined many state organizations as well as crime organizations (In EN3) and during that time I learned a lot and mostly I always took the High Commande Rank and there I learned a lot of things and the city laws and I knew who was with me in the organization and I loved how to help people..I’m looking to take on more experiensse as admin And responsibility to help improve the player.
