Admin you can see in his pov that he was asking help in non RP radio chat and after that
In his pov you can see he was using PDA while hands up he did fail RP video time 2:56 after that he left the lock car which is also fail RP video time 19:57 and that time 165416 was doing VDM intentionally
After that video time 37:30 he was doing another animation he wasn't did hands up which is also fail RP
