I know my self as someone who learns and grows from my mistakes that i do, from every setbacks that i have done from my life i look at it as a learning curve and i take and i learn it and make my self do it 1000x better
I have been in multipule experiences in LEO and non LEO orgs my experiences are in SAHP - Head of deparment , EMS - Dean Of Division , Bloods - 11 Emperor LSPD - Patrol Officer 1 i had multiple expeiences wich i had very good experiences from my experinces i know how to controll a LEO org. As im currectly in SAHP HOD i know i dont stand a chance again the other guys but i think everithying worths a try
I can stay extremly calm in situans where a trainnei or anybody woud be like that woud be freaking out and i can controll my emotions as well when it need it to be controlled
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
I woud make the RP levels better in the organization by trainning everybody to the best levels to everybody shoud be on the top of the game and not mess up anithying and make every body stand out by everybody who is want to be a good guy make the bonuses very good and make everybody learn from their mistakes and the lastthing that i can do to my past of experinces
