No bug abuse seen in this POV, the player didn't gain any advantage by leaving the game and coming back, in this particular situation

However,

ID 182681 will receive a punishment for Meta gaming + Mixing.
(As seen in the POV ID 182681 Used 3rd party software to communicate IC info and said the word Bug Abuse which is not an IC word)
