these two players are from different families and they are not taking the caravans where they are supposed to take them, they are deliberately letting each other steal caravan, because if they had taken the caravans where they were supposed to take them they would have gotten 25 points, but with this method they get all 50 points for themselves​

and that's why they don't shoot at each other​

they earn both time and extra points​

also in this pov seen clearly they are abuse this trick,first they send each other an alliance request​

(can be check from logs) and take out 2 caravans, then they declare war again and steal each other's caravans​
