Is it possible to get unban I someone how managed to find out my main email from posting technical forums

This account is fresh I never played in this it contains no money or other items because I forget the email at that time so I was playing with my twink from starting months after losing my main this is the only option for me to get in city

My intension was not to break rule as i was not awear of the rule when i was new in the city and never ever i tried to missuse of my accounts i was playing with fairly and honesty and my last forum got rejected for incorrect forum details i think it was because of Nickname i played in my main for like only for 2 to 3 days so i dont know the nickname i made technical forum about this.

but the nickname TnM_Cm is the correct one
