Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1) First of all i realy have so strong turf team and realy we have too much experience about turf, and want to make %100 with my turf team and get season with Bloods Street Gang
2) And At the organizations i am seeing a lot Times Toxicity and Favoritism i want to solve that problem,and i will solve that problem with good experienced high commender guys,and i am seeing a lot rulebreaks in ghetto and events i will solve that problem aswell with my high commender guys.
3) And i have good experience in crime side i think i will be a so good leader,and i will make best activity in my term with my deputys,and i believe that our gang members all of them will be respectful each other,and that term will be memorable for everyone i realy believe that in my heart

We will get very well with both crime and state and with everyone, we will do store rob gun store rob cland and more every day, we will take hostage and we will rob in the ghetto and it will be a really nice term.
