Btw while catching a suspect with guns demands should be given on the count of 3 or 5 , Here the officers didn't give the demands and shot him before any demands which is an RDM .

If the suspect holds a gun , it is the duty of an officer to give him demands under 3 or 5 secs to keep his gun down , but here from the provided POV , the officer didn't give demands and just straight away did RDM . I accept my mistake for Mercy Killing and I am ready to face the punishment .
