Ans: First of all beside all the Leadership is very challenging Thing. As I entered game 1 yrs ago as through this time i gained lots of experiences in Gangs and done lots of things as becaming the gangstar and I have very pactience and hardworking through my work. As my first ORG was Bloods and as i was in bloods i made many good connection which can also help me in my term. And through my kind nature and poliet words i can maintain the good relation with curators..|

~2.And As i said i have lots of connection city they will help me in my term and i am sure i can make my term successfull.
~3.And I am very calm minded whatever the situation is i always stay calm and see the problem properly.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Ans:
(i). Conducting Every single event daily FZ, Store, Robberies,Battleship, Clands etc.
(ii).Chooseing the High Command member wisely assureing that there is no rule break.
(iii). Giving good Bonus for graffiti so member will make all map yellow.
(iv). Assureing everyone is doing Proper Rp without any rule break.

a : I'd like to tell that it happens to be my very first time applying. Therefore, there will be a lot of challenges to either grow or just punish myself. This is my very first time to go for a leadership role; I see it as an opportunity to challenge myself and put myself to the test to lead a successful gang. In the process, I have watched and learned how things work in the city, and now I feel it's time to implement that in real life. I believe I can manage Vagos very well with strong RP and good leadership one day.
b : This is the only server I have played on, and now I want to give back with new RP ideas
Grand RP EN2 is the only server I've played on so far. It has been an amazing experience; I've learned the rules, witnessed all kinds of RP, and met some really fantastic people. To give back, I now want to be a new gang leader, injecting fresh and interesting RP experiences. I plan to make the Vagos different-not as a gang that takes territory, but as one that brings real-life gang culture and RP that anyone could ever remember.
c : Vagos are the ones I cherish-mostly as culture, more than a gang
Vagos have always been my favorite gang. The whole feel, the yellow color, and Southside street style support an extremely strong identity in the city. In fact, Vagos are way more than just a crime.
3. Frequent bugs, a shortage of administrators during specific hours, and an increase in light-hearted roleplay are some of the server's main problems. Particularly in illicit organisations, these problems may have a detrimental effect on the general calibre of RP. As a seasoned player, I think the best way to deal with this is to set a good example by encouraging creative roleplay even when certain mechanics don't work, establishing clear RP standards, and upholding discipline within the gang. I will help members adjust by using /me, /do, and voice RP appropriately rather than depending only on admin presence. Regardless of administrative or technical constraints, I want to establish a self-sufficient, serious role-playing community where participants remain involved and professional.

The first main reason to why I want to lead Vagos is because I want to run a organisation that isn't just fun but has a great impact on the server by providing continuous role-playing scenarios day to day and giving everyone a great role-playing experience even to newer players.
Secondly, I want to make Vagos not only an active organization but to give lower ranking members the opportunities that I hadn't received when I was at the same level. Nowadays, the lower ranking individuals of your gang don't get to participate in negotiations or rarely get to rob anyone so that's one of the reasons to why I am applying because I want to give that someone a chance to prove themselves.
Thirdly, I want to takeover the ghetto by achieving 100% territories and marking myself as the best gang.
My advice for improving the roleplay?
I believe that being active day to day will benefit the roleplay on this server. If you constantly are doing events or situations, it will attract a lot of newer players to join in more and continue playing on the server.
Rewarding your own gangs members can really help as this will get them to attend events and keep the organisation active.
