As you can see in the bodycam below that this guy 27240 and 170705 have been doing FL In GZ and Provoking, However ID 27240 said "Call Him A Fucking Black Bitch" at Time Stamp 00:37 in POV 1 Here which is considered as Racism.
And In POV 2 Here and at Time Stamp 00:58 He Says "Gay" which is OOC Insults.
Now When Negi Ilya was there he punished ID 27240 for FL in GZ and Provoking but not the OOC Insult and punished 170705 for FL in GZ and not for Provoking.
Proofs are in two parts because i do not want the evidences to get corrupted while saving.

Big shoutout to ID-159478 for turning an intense RP scene into a full on clown show. In his own POV, the second things got serious, instead of roleplaying like a proper player, he throws all logic out the window and starts crying for admins mid RP. Who even does that? Not only did he embarrass himself, but he also dragged down the whole scene for ID-170705 and ID-27240. Hopefully, the reviewing admin enjoys this comedy as much as we did and rewards ID-159478 with the punishment he’s practically begging for.
