So he is Department Head in lspd and found on side of armed conflict, he came with his gun at 05:03 and revived fellow officer.
As you seen on the video you can understand that he is involving in criminal activites without a bio.
He told that you cannot take money machine and defending his own family and we can understand that he involved in and is corrupt.

I accept i cannot recognize him in character while he is in mask and i violated metagaming rule but I trust in your compassionate judgment. My only intention was to report a clear violation to the respected management team and inform you about someone who has broken the rules of the project. If you believe that I have also made a mistake, I am willing to accept any punishment as you see fit.

Hello there, I am one of the officers shown in the video! I want to confirm that we had no indication that this was in any way a family event. We pulled over when we heard gunshots and went to the situation after checking our map radar in the vehicle and seeing one of our own was in the situation. I saw a suspect and started to chase him but he got away, he came back to the scene while I was patching up the person that was on the ground who ran away after I healed him. When we returned close to our cruisers said suspect came back to the front.

OOC speaking I knew this person was an officer by his ID. The moment I step out a cruiser the map is no longer a viable way to track LSPD members. Standard issue trackers are easily trackable via the on-board computer system. That being said, I did not recognize him during the situation and my bodycam can prove that as well as this video.

LSPD and ORG Officials are not able to participate in these types of events unless they have a corrupt bio. Knowing he was LSPD via his ID is not valid as I was not in my vehicle and could not track him here. But when we went back to HQ we spoke to Mike Tank about the situation. Who in turn let us know he already warned said officer to leave the area or face punishment. Said officer did not leave the area and was there when we were there. Again that is OOC since I did not identify him. He does not in fact have a corrupt bio and he is not allowed to be there in that situation.
