Levi storm born on morroco and he had a bad life when he were kid and he notice so many people were trying bad things on levi , as a example corrupt officers arrested his mother for no reason and they did bad things also to her father, when he started to following his mother, the officers noticed it and directly went to DOC and gave Hardest charges to his mother without any valid reason and they were just ignoring him, they always was saying like "I am not gonna help you, I wont show ID" and etc. One day which levi was trying to help to his mother an lawyer appeared and he helped too good to live, he saved live mother and He teached how to be an lawyer so levi Grew up little bit and learnt so many role from that lawyer and now the corrupt officers trying to make arrest his wife which he doesnt knew and never met and he were his mother close friend's son so and now live Trying to make help to his new wife and get help with that lawyer because his big brother is in very big danger and now its time for levi to make everything good and better for his life and his new wife life.
Career Story:
levi learned how to get valid proofs to open a case file after and more things all of that he literally learned the GOV without even joining it, Live he Joined LSPD he always started getting valid evidences and help people to city get safer and do it safe from the criminals , with that he became an successful lspd
agent, he always was getting the evidences and proof because he learned all of that from that lawyer and he in nowadays chief and trying to still help people after all of that he gave a decide to be an leader but she needs even need more experience to do it so she is now in SAHP and she will try every ORG and after all of that he will try being an leader, nowadays still he trying and helping people, and trying to let the city safe getting more experience to help the call by his experience
Outcomes:
1- Levi Clinton don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing id and not reading Miranda Rights or Providing lawyer .
2- Levi Clinton can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
