As a leader, I can build a quality roleplay experience in the system for every officer, while also holding every officer accountable for abandoning the city laws and internal Standard Operating Procedures. When the SAHP consistently acts in a professional manner, trust is built with the citizens, as well as creates a model for other organizations to follow.

Leadership is more than just a title, its about setting an example, being present with your officers. My leadership style focus on performance based growth and accountability. I plan to implement a structure training for the new recruits, promote officers on the basis of their performance without any nepotism/favoritism. I will ensure that the IA department remain active to keep the organization corruption free.

SAHP is the most underrated LEO organization in the city, as it had a very inactive or just barely active term for a long time, and as I've seen in the past, the more inactive the org is, the less people want to join and change it, and if it keeps going term to term, it will just make the org's reputation bad in the city. As we've seen, I want to change that. I want my SAHP to attend every event and patrol all over our jurisdiction. Unlike other terms, I will make it happen. If I become the leader of SAHP, I will make it the most active organization.
3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.
(i) I'll make sure there is no Favouritism.
(ii) I'll make sure to Give Bonuses to the officer who is Working For the Organization.
(iii) Everyone will get the rank they deserved.
(iv) I'll Increases The Role play in Events Like Store, Gun Store Robbery, Hostage Situation etc So they look More realistic.
(v) I'll make sure to do one state wave and One SAHP event for only the members of the SAHP.
(vi) Hiring Best Deputies and Highcommand That they can handle the Org in absence of me.
(vi) Give everyone a fair chance to grow and contribute for SAHP.
(vii) Last But Not Least I'll Make Sure That's everyone Will Say That's SAHP Will Be The Most Active , Humble and Profesional Organization.
(viii) I’ll built an good relationship between All The legal organization and make sure we can Support them in every situation they need Us.
(ix) I am not in a situation to tolerate toxicity and who try to create toxicity in my organization, whether it is minor or major issue it will be solved immediately within the boundaries.
(x) I will accept member feedback and always be open to listening and improving myself too.
Punishment System
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination

Highway Patrol (HWP) – This department will do patrolling in highway and make sure the highway and sandy shores is safer from illegal gang activities.
Human Resource ( HR ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members.
Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) – The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events.
Internal Affairs (IA) - This Department will check the activity of the units and do to regular check up.
CRIME INVESTIGATION UNIT (CIU) - Handles investigations of major crimes, collect evidence and works closely with FIB when needed.
PUBLIC RELATION (PR) - Acts as the bridge between SAHP and the public. They help maintain a positive image of SAHP and improve citizen and officer interaction.
