You say your friend put a bounty on me, so apparently your friend put a bounty on me and you took it. This is completely to discredit RDM and simply bug abuse.

Since when has taking a bounty been bug abuse? Regardless of who sets the bounty it’s free game on who accepts & claims it.

What I mean is, if I told my friend that I wanted to violate GR 6.15 and asked him to put a bounty on someone's head, and then I collected the bounty myself, that would clearly be bug abuse, and that's exactly what we're seeing here.
