- The National Guards is the most important organisation of the other State Organisation as it is responsible for providing the ammunition and armory to the State ORG, and I will specially look into it and make such arrangement that every state organisation will get the armory and ammunition in time without any unnecessary delay.

- I will specially make a target for every NG Employee with along the HC of the organisation for protecting the FZ Base which covers South Gate ,North Gate, Runway and the Truck Parking and so we cant stop the trespasser easily.

- I will try hosting some events for the Employees for practising their aim, so they will have fun and also they could improve their gun skills and help shooting the Terrorist easily.

- Being a National Guards its our duty to help the city getting rid of terrorist, so for this issue i will make my special team who will have the ability to caught any kind of terrorist easily without any failure.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

Mainly my focus for improving the Roleplay level in the organisation will be as follows,

- I will try my best to host some events within the organisation for the army employees so Everyone can take part which will keep them enjoying and being active in the org.

- Also the main issue with the Army is about protecting on the FZ base, so I will make some interesting quest and requirements for each and every army Employee along including me and my HC’s about covering the base and protecting it from the terrorists

- I will try introducing some exciting challenges and practices for the army where they can have fun and also get practice about the work.

- I will try making the underrated radio via mails getting love where every State Employee can communicate easily

- I will make sure that every army can do as much RP they can while doing any kind of thing .

--> (i) My Story :
I am doing RP since long back and I've achieved this all in my journey LSPD - ADVISORY BOARD (28) , NG - LT General (29) , FIB - COS (27) , SAHP - Undersheriff (29) , GOV - DHS & DOC Director . As I was selected as LSPD leadership in past due the first time I got nervous and its hard for me . This time fully prepared for NG leadership Now I don't think so i will stop until i get NG Term ! This is my Target .

(ii) Leadership :
My First organization is NG .When I was in a basic rank in NG . I don't know about the departments I was New totally . But when I started learning things and gained much experience as LSPD - ADVISORY BOARD (28) , NG - LT General (29) , FIB - COS (27) , SAHP - Undersheriff (29) , GOV - DHS & DOC Director . Now I am really confindent that I can be the best leader of the NG with all this I achieved .The Thing is that I want to become Leader and I want to make my term the best term of NG as per my exp . I know how Can I build a strong departments And How To Run NG !

(iii) Helping :
I am not sure that it will happen or not but I wish my self it happen when Newbie who is working hard and Active and If he do any mistake I will make sure that he will get a chance and teach him the mistake so he won't do it again . As leadership is not just giving orders to units in Leadership we have to teach the mistakes done by newbies and who don't know the rules we need to teach them as well . That's the point I want everyone to do .



3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

(i) The main challenge is the night shift; I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that the gates are always occupied. SANG is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.
(ii) Everyone will get the rank they deserved
(iii) Hiring Best Deputies and High command That they can handle the Org in absence of me.
(Vi) Give everyone a fair chance to grow and contribute for NG.
(V) I will also arrange public relations events to create an enjoyable and engaging environment for our military personnel's.
(Vi) I'll make sure there is no Favouritism.
(vii) I'll make sure to Give Bonuses to the officer who is Working For the Organization.
(viii) I’ll built an good relationship between All The legal organization and make sure we can Support them in every situation they need Us.
(ix) We all know engaging soldiers in NG is hard thing to do . I will organize competitions and fun activity between soldiers . So that all my soldiers enjoy being part of NG
(x) Will make sure Promotion Ceremony roleplay will be on my Priority List
(xi) As we know in Hierarchy NG comes after GOV . We will make sure we provide Ammo Runs to Org's on time as per their request .
(xii) Making healthy relations with every single organization and complying with all state organization
(xiii) Taking out Field training and Physical training sessions for soldiers . So they can be trained to protect the citizens of state of San Andreas
(xiv) Hirings and trainings provided by my HR department will be of Good Standard and all soldiers will be fully professional towards their work !
(xv) Practising with different LEO organization's in accordance to train our's and their Units , which will ultimately help citizens !
(xvi) Making sure all the AG's in my org will be knowledgeable , calm , experienced and of helping nature !

Punishment System :
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination

I----------Department -----------I

MP : The MP (Military Police) department will serve as the department's primary source of accountability. Their responsibilities include monitoring soldier activities, reviewing logs, investigating misconduct or complaints, and ensuring that all troopers comply to SOPs and professional standards. Military police will help to maintain discipline, equity, and transparency. They will focus on patrolling the base with ground vehicles and spotting and dealing any illegal activity within the gates.

SOF : The Special Operation Force (SOF) department will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and offer military security on ammo runs. For global operations and patrols, helicopters will be used. It will and will only respond to the General, negotiate from the NG side, and provide a heavy weapon license.

Human Resource & Training ( HRT ) - The responsibility of this department is to give training to members and Hire New members into Organization.

(AF) : Air force for doing air patrolling around the base and provide air support while candy run.

(RATF) : Rapid action task force for quick response on global situations like store robbery, prison break etc.

(Infantry) : Their main work is to protect Arms storage and Truck area and looking overall base for any suspicious thing and Keeping gates safe !

2.1) I started my RP with NG and worked for nearly 3 terms, after that i served in all legal organization as a HC, also i run a family in past because of that i am confident that i can be a leader of NG and also because of my experience I can Run any organization perfectly.
