I enter the game and now it says to enter my email and my old email is already there and I don't know the password so I press forget password and enter that email it says it doesn't exist but I know it does because I'm logged in to the grand rp site with that email and even when I enter the correct password it says my account is restricted and it says the same thing if I try with a different email.

try make a complaint in technical section , don't forget the administrator does not carry the responsibility for your own account it will receive gr1.1 and 1.2 but its better to inform your chief /dep chief administrator to make sure that no one using your account and damaging it .
