Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
(There is no corruption in the situation, as the officer did not take the money, and him asking about it is not an enough proof of corruption. As of him letting you go, he may not have a proof on you to detain you as the other officer got a Code A apparently)​
