2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- One of the most respected and feared gangs on the streets is Marabunta Grande, which is why I want to be its leader. Marabunta's blue hues, culture and reputation have a rich history that should be maintained and developed. In order to keep Marabunta at the top of the criminal world as leader I would make sure our gang upholds its customs while simultaneously adjusting to new difficulties.
2- I belive I have the foresight, self control and commitment to take Marabunta Grande to new heights and turn it into the most feared and esteemed organization in the city.
3- my goal is to make Marabunta Grande one of Los Santos most feared and esteemed gangs. Organizing our members seizing key areas and making sure that our presence is always felt in the city will be my top priorities. With continued discipline and activity the gang will become more powerful and powerful over time.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- I would focus on training members in proper gang RP making sure they use realistic slang
behavior and respect the gang hierarchy
2- Keep the gang friendly,
3- no toxicity allowed.
4- i will make a good bonus structure,
