As you can see in the POV, the player 181727 and 197146 doing CR and 181727 also doing RDM and after he says "Fuck off" 2x times .

I'll explain the whole situation, heres my pov

When I arrived at the scene, there were three vehicles actively ramming into each other. As soon as I stepped out, I gave clear demands. The moment I did that, everyone started driving away except my friend (ID: 181727), who stayed on scene.
If the thread owner didn't hear the demands, that's on him, he chose to leave the area right after I initiated the situation. Once demands are issued, the scene becomes active and hostile, and anyone involved (including my friend) is allowed to engage.
My friend (181727) acted within the rules by shooting, since demands had already been given and the situation was valid for engagement.

And i didn't wanted to ram nobody, i just stand right in front the event.
