2.1 - In this new term, I want to become the Leader and lead this gang, which is the strongest and most active in the city. I believe I have the leadership spirit and can do it. I haven't seen this gang become very powerful in the city. But I will change that!
2.2 - Having served as High Command in all gangs, I know pretty much how a gang operates. I think it's time to lead it.
2.3 - I believe I can dominate other Leos and other gangs in store robberies, FZ raids, the ghetto, hostages, clands, and turfs. I believe The Families will become the strongest in the city, and I will do it!

3.1 - Maximize RP level and avoid breaking rules.
3.2 - Carefully select my commanders.
3.3 - Treat everyone equally in the gang, ensure justice, and administer fair punishments regardless of their rank.
3.4 - Teach newcomers a lot about the gang and advise them not to break rules (not to shoot inside the HQ).
