GR 6.15 – Failing to give a player at least 5 seconds to comply when held at gunpoint.

VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) – Using a vehicle to intentionally run over/kill another player without proper initiation.

Description of Incident:
While driving on the highway, I was crashed into by another player. After the collision, they proceeded to run me over with their vehicle. When I was on the ground, they pointed a gun at me and told me to put my hands up. However, they immediately shot me without giving me the required 5 seconds to comply, which is a direct breach of GR 6.15.

This situation constitutes VDM due to them intentionally running me over, and also a breach of GR 6.15 since I was not provided the proper time to follow their demands before being shot.

On addition to this you can see clearly that you swerved and went straight into him, secondly you then told him to put his hands up, Neither of you 4 gave him a count down and instantly shot him therefor you should get punished

He doesn't need to include his part as his already in prison for it, his put up the part where your gang broke a rule

There is no accident involved, You are purposely driving on the wrong side of the road and then shouting like a heard of banshee, You have also then hit me with your car, Where you can clearly see you have turned into me, there is then not enough time to react before you start shooting me

we dont have to wait for 5 seconds when you are running to your car while there is 4 guns on your head
there was a vehicle so he can drove to left side, even if he needs to get punished it is cr instead of vdm

but there is clearly fear rp rulebreak from you

Clearly you are attempting to bend rules in your favour, You are driving the wrong way down the freeway so you could have easily carried on the way you was driving but decided coincidently then to drive the correct way whilst yuour whole heard runs at me, Makes perfect sense

How have i said that driving on the wrong side is a rule break, The rule break is VDM clearly descripted in the complaint and then not giving enough time to react before shooting
