2.1 :Having worked as a Assistant General, I have been extensively involved in the National Guard which equips me to lead the Guard and understand the workings of the Guard, and how to lead personnel on missions, and how to lead personnel on missions.

2.2 :I have always Focused on training and discipline. I appreciated how, during my deputy tenure, how crucial it was for every soldier to maintain a high quality of Roleplay of situational readinesss, whether in base defense or mission collaboration with other state units.

2.3: I envisage leadership as the capacity to inspire people, foster a sense of achievement and pride within the organization, and the will to follow the orders given. I wish for every personnel member to have the powerfull belief and self-respect to serve their and the state as sentinels of the National Guard

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization

To improve coordination and make roleplay scenarios more realistic keep up professional ties with all state and legal organizations
To provide members with specific objectives and acknowledge their commitment, plan weekly training exercises and promotion ceremonies.
To improve morale and promote high-quality roleplay, give active members constructive bonuses and rewards.
To avoid favoritism and give every member an equal chance, make sure that duty assignments and promotions are fair.

2. What are the reasons for wanting to become the leader of this organization?
2.1) I want to be the leader of the national guard because I am very passionate about the growth and discipline and strength of our faction. I believe in leading through action, teamwork, and fairness. I want to create an environment where every member feels appreciated, engaged, and part of something bigger than themselves. I feel with strong leadership, consistency in events, and proper communication, that I could take national guard to the next level and lead us with pride.

2.2) As a leader I will focus on activity, organization and fair opportunities for everyone. I will make sure our members are recognized for their hard work through regular reward, ranks, and events. I want to introduce daily and weekly activity more training sessions, and regular roleplay or tactical missions with the help of other organizations so that we can all try to create a positive environment between all of the other leo organizations.

2.3) Communication and respect will be at the top of the priority list everyone is to have a voice and any decisions are to be made for the good of the team not just in the best interest of a couple people I also want to work towards better coordination with other departments/factions so NG always has a key role in city balance and events.

3.Your suggestions for improving the RolePlay level of the organization.,
1.Promote Teamwork & Bonding:,
Encourage members to move in units and work together. Plan some off duty team events (fun RP, mock drills, or events) to create some togetherness.
2.Create a Respectful & Disciplined Culture:,
Treat everyone fairly and avoid favoritism. Encourage respect of juniors towards seniors.
3.Explaining Mistakes with Coaching First:,
Instead of just punishing immediately after someone fails at RP, talk to the members and coach them on what they failed at.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

As i was born in a family which have a well known Military background as my father has been a Major in Army so i have quite a affection with Army because from child hood i have been raised to respect the solders who protect us so it is a emotional connection between me and army. Also National Guard as a organization is the best org in my pointe of view it is a different point that other orgs thinks lowly of it because of some unknown reasons but as i saw in my past terms NG doesn't used its powers to the fullest because in the past there were not that much of restrictions on the NG but by the time NG was not able to full file those criteria's so those privileges were removed by time now i want National Guard to get in its prime again. I'll make sure that no one see National Guard as a org which only provide them candies ill make sure they see NG as the army of the state and give respect to every soldier that they deserve.
My goals are after becoming the General are not that complicated after becoming the leader ill try to make good bonds with all organizations after that ill try to take every single high command of mine who will have a quite good experiences this will help us to grow faster and grow healthier and at the end my main aim as the General would be to make National Guard the most respected organization in the city because we are army we protect the State of San Andreas from the possible terrorist attacks and foreign threats so they can preform there duties peacefully.



3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

There are many ways as a Nation Guard to do and improve Role Play for over solders and other citizens, they goes as follows -:

a. Ill hire the best HR team in the city to train my solders well and will hire the high commands with good exp so that the organization will run smoothly and the solders will be well trained for any situation.

b. Ill make national guard engaging so that solders can be never be bored and will host internal events to boost there moral and those events will be related to their training with some price pool it will help in both in training and will let them be engaged every time.

c. Ill take back the check point system in which National Guard do border petrol with SAHP at the prime times so that any malicious activity could be caught before it takes place and will also help solders and citizens experience a realistic role play system. And ill improve relations with other Leo's and federal orgs so that we can unlock more activates to do which will help National Guard to gain it older reputation back and will help National Guard to show their activates in front of other orgs.

d. Ill appoint the best solders who have best leader ship skills to the positions of the head of departments so that they can lead and guide the units further for their work and will manage the conflicts between there units before Military Police dose.



4. My Departments

a. Air Force- The Air Force Department will play a curtail role by doing aerial patrols, providing good air support to solders on ground, and by actively taking part in different combat missions. Further, this team will be responsible for maintaining and using aircraft to ensure the further operations goes smoothly. Their duties goes up to surveying the surrounding, ensuring that both air support and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.


b. Military Police- The Military Police Department should always be active and be alert, there main focusing should be on enforcing military rules and regulations on all solders, they will also make sure that non of the solders are breaking rules and if they and then punishing them also falls under the work of MP, and the also look and investigate the conflicts between Military personals. This department also coordinate in joint training's and exercise's with other department like Black Ops and the Air Force and help them in there daily tasks.


c. Human Resources- Human Resources is the most important of the organization which manage recruitment process and also they do train the solders. They make and handle player applications, take interviews and re-interviews, do background checks, and maintain records of players and in addition this department work with other departments and help them in there tasks as Military Police do to let the organization run smoothly and efficiently.


d. Black ops- The speciality of Black ops is in conducting covert missions, and also they have a good Hand to Hand training and are specialized in handling any Kind of weapons and in handling any kind of vehicle whether it is armored or non armored, there secondary goal is to train other Legal Org in the combat and give the S.W.A.T trainings. There main target is to keep the base protected and secured with attacks so they also have to guard the gates and make special tactics for the events when the Fz base is attacked or in any other event they are assisting other legal orgs in. I'll make sure that these units will be specially trained by the best weapon handlers and strategist in the city so that they can give there fullest to protect the city and over base.

e. Infantry- Infantry are assigned to gates and they act as the first line of defense, there second job is to inspect vehicles and personnel for proper identification and clearances and also they conduct vehicle searches. The Infantry can also use armored vehicles for the safe transportation of the General or Lieutenant General when they are visiting other organizations for meetings, upon request by the General or Lieutenant General.

I) I started my legal organizations journey with the National Guard, where I worked for more than 7–8 months. In every term, I served as Head of HR, so I know exactly how the Ng works. In NG, most newbees join to gain legal experience, and for that, I will do my best. If I get the term, it will run under proper rules and regulations. I have also worked in all legal organizations, holding the highest rank after the Deputy. In short, I will try my best to make my term the best Ng term.

II) From the beginning NG has been the most neglected and comparatively most inactive org. As a leader I will make sure that NG will be more active than other terms

III) I always try be a good Colleague in the org with my fellow officers.If I become a leader I am confident enough to get good officers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I) I will focus on gate keeping of ng base because most of time ng gates are empty and trespassers stole the ammo from base.

II) I will make a strong hr department that gives the proper situation based training

III) It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. So i will increase the bonus system of gate keeping through this army officer also make some money while standing on gates .

IV) I will Make Sure there is no Favouritism in My Term

DEPARTMENTS

Special Operations Force: The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events and to do candy run.

Military Police: Will regulate the org ( looking if every soldier is working actively or not and also none of our soldier is doing any kind of corruption )

Air Force: Specially trained soldiers whose Hands are very good on heli's and Aircrafts ( doing air patrolling and safeguarding the FZ base ) also will be helping us in Candy run by giving air support and in GP also by giving Air support

Human Resources: To recruit and train new soldiers who want to serve the country

Punishment System:
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination.

- As I entered in This city Leos was my First Option in my mind to Join. Then I heard about NG . Leading the National Guard allow me to play my real role of my RP life, As Serving in National Guard is my passion and Leading the National Guard is my dream and after I joined NG, I have good experience within NG as worked with good leaders In En2 As Well As in En2, NG . Spending 5 term as Rank 28 in NG in EN2 and 27 at Government And 28 In Sahp And 28 In Lspd Now I really think to take the Leaderhsip Postion. In all event and daily operation ensuring it remain a strong and reliable force.

we will work together to uphold law and order in city.

(3) Maintain proper RP: -
where discipline respect and teamwork are the foundation of NG.

(4) Encourage solider through bonuses: -
I will motivate solider to stay active and cover the doors for heavy bonus From Personal Side.

Human Resources - They will hire, interview and train new recruits and the interview will also get a bit strict to ensure that only people who deserves to be a soldier can get into organization!

SOF or Black Ops ( Special Operation Forces ) - This force will have the most deadly shooters and always be ready to respond to any terrorism.

MP ( Military Police ) - Will monitor the organization and make sure no one does any rule breaks. Also in charge for logs checkup and keep the gates guarded so anyone who tries to trespass will get punished.

AF ( Air Force ) -One of the crucial department who is always ready to help soldiers respond to any situations through air. They will look after permissions for flying any aerial vehicles so only the authorized persons get to fly.


Medics - Medics take care of medical department for the whole National Guard Solider.

Ans: - There are too many reasons why I Wanna become the leader of specific organization, but I will list only three over here

a).I have to prove myself with handling National Guards and Increase the Activity of National Guard as per my knowledge now the main Warehouse is filled by truckers and there is less activity in National Guard I will Increase the Activity of National Guard so all The Organization have Armory and they can do their jobs properly without going out of ammunitions and all . I will hire experienced Deputy and make sure my HR will hire active Officers for both Day Shift and Night shift So NG will cover FZ gates and participate all other events like ACC Bank Protection and Subs

b). National Guard is Responsible for Protect the Fort Zoncudo and Aircraft Carrier, and I want to make sure that National Guard will Give Priority to Both Global Events and their Events.

c).I want to Give Experience of Real National Guards to Newcomers it will happen if my hiring process will be changed i will give priority to experienced player as HR and Training Officers and Try to Hire Max New Comers which are active and make sure they will get proper training so they will be active in National Guards and I will Give them medals for activity and duties and make sure that i will not be biased to anyone i will treat all persons equally as Judge do so and prove my leadership . A Leader should encourage newcomers do not give any advantage to experienced and make sure that all are performing their duties (New Comers Doesnot mean I will hire 1 age Player hiring criteria will be minimum 5 years old clean background active gun license health insurances minimum lvl 2 inventory)

MP will be looking at the Activity, HR will look at the Hiring, FTO will give training Black Ops will go for Global Events Air Force will patrol at all peak time of fz raid so FZ will be secured all time and i will take lawyers into NG and proper committee so the Court Martial Will become more Realistic

Ans: -
No further Advise as its Perfect RP
But need to Consider Martial Law there is no chances to impose the martial law now because we have given temp leadership thing but we can do that we can impose martial law for minimum 7 days so player will face Dictatorship or the Martial Law and Improve Court Martial things like Realistically

- My self Ben Verstappen ex DHS Minister GOV, under sheriff of SAHP, commanding general of army NG and lawyer in morebthan 3 terms . And I always thought to become general of NG because NG owns a highly secured based and international wharehouse which NG need to protect. Beeing general I like to take all responsibilities to candy run and protecting my base from threats

- Leadership is not top rank or commanding low rank, but leadership means to be a mentor to our team who trusted on us to be in our org and I will conduct training sessions 3 days a weak and make my team strong enough to fight against threats on our base and developed my team to represent NG .

- As General of NG, I am to NG, I am to give training and teach or mentor my team by teaching procedures so that a they can talk for their defence in case if any corupt officer do corruption with them and make my term unique and successful term.

- I will conduct training to every soldiers in base
- I will not tolerate any kind of toxicity in my org.
- I will make my term corruption free.
- I will conduct regular events for public encouragement
- I will not let any one to break rules and make sure no one breaks

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

As i was born in a family which have a well known Military background as my father has been a Major in Army so i have quite a affection with Army because from child hood i have been raised to respect the solders who protect us so it is a emotional connection between me and army. Also National Guard as a organization is the best org in my pointe of view it is a different point that other orgs thinks lowly of it because of some unknown reasons but as i saw in my past terms NG doesn't used its powers to the fullest because in the past there were not that much of restrictions on the NG but by the time NG was not able to full file those criteria's so those privileges were removed by time now i want National Guard to get in its prime again. I'll make sure that no one see National Guard as a org which only provide them candies ill make sure they see NG as the army of the state and give respect to every soldier that they deserve.
My goals are after becoming the General are not that complicated after becoming the leader ill try to make good bonds with all organizations after that ill try to take every single high command of mine who will have a quite good experiences this will help us to grow faster and grow healthier and at the end my main aim as the General would be to make National Guard the most respected organization in the city because we are army we protect the State of San Andreas from the possible terrorist attacks and foreign threats so they can preform there duties peacefully.



3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

There are many ways as a Nation Guard to do and improve Role Play for over solders and other citizens, they goes as follows -:

a. Ill hire the best HR team in the city to train my solders well and will hire the high commands with good exp so that the organization will run smoothly and the solders will be well trained for any situation.

b. Ill make national guard engaging so that solders can be never be bored and will host internal events to boost there moral and those events will be related to their training with some price pool it will help in both in training and will let them be engaged every time.

c. Ill take back the check point system in which National Guard do border petrol with SAHP at the prime times so that any malicious activity could be caught before it takes place and will also help solders and citizens experience a realistic role play system. And ill improve relations with other Leo's and federal orgs so that we can unlock more activates to do which will help National Guard to gain it older reputation back and will help National Guard to show their activates in front of other orgs.

d. Ill appoint the best solders who have best leader ship skills to the positions of the head of departments so that they can lead and guide the units further for their work and will manage the conflicts between there units before Military Police dose.



4. My Departments

a. Air Force- The Air Force Department will play a curtail role by doing aerial patrols, providing good air support to solders on ground, and by actively taking part in different combat missions. Further, this team will be responsible for maintaining and using aircraft to ensure the further operations goes smoothly. Their duties goes up to surveying the surrounding, ensuring that both air support and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.


b. Military Police- The Military Police Department should always be active and be alert, there main focusing should be on enforcing military rules and regulations on all solders, they will also make sure that non of the solders are breaking rules and if they and then punishing them also falls under the work of MP, and the also look and investigate the conflicts between Military personals. This department also coordinate in joint training's and exercise's with other department like Black Ops and the Air Force and help them in there daily tasks.


c. Human Resources- Human Resources is the most important of the organization which manage recruitment process and also they do train the solders. They make and handle player applications, take interviews and re-interviews, do background checks, and maintain records of players and in addition this department work with other departments and help them in there tasks as Military Police do to let the organization run smoothly and efficiently.


d. Black ops- The speciality of Black ops is in conducting covert missions, and also they have a good Hand to Hand training and are specialized in handling any Kind of weapons and in handling any kind of vehicle whether it is armored or non armored, there secondary goal is to train other Legal Org in the combat and give the S.W.A.T trainings. There main target is to keep the base protected and secured with attacks so they also have to guard the gates and make special tactics for the events when the Fz base is attacked or in any other event they are assisting other legal orgs in. I'll make sure that these units will be specially trained by the best weapon handlers and strategist in the city so that they can give there fullest to protect the city and over base.

e. Infantry- Infantry are assigned to gates and they act as the first line of defense, there second job is to inspect vehicles and personnel for proper identification and clearances and also they conduct vehicle searches. The Infantry can also use armored vehicles for the safe transportation of the General or Lieutenant General when they are visiting other organizations for meetings, upon request by the General or Lieutenant General.

1. Passion for military RP

The discipline, strategy, and pride that come with serving in the military have always appealed to me. Being the commander of the national guards would enable me to use my passion to create an organization that supports those values and establishes the standard for realistic role-playing.

2. Showing Leadership Experience.
Working across multiple high-ranking roles, I’ve acquired a capacity to manage teams, resolve issues, and lead activities under pressure. I hope to apply the information to help the National Guards become more efficient and well-respected inside the server.

A desire to Support Others

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(A) The main challenge is the night shift; I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that the gates are always occupied. NG is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.

(B) I will ensure that promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving military personnel's.

(C) I will ensure that we deliver regular trucks filled with ammo, and I promise to serve an active term that will provide continuous support to the state organizations, developing a good relationship with each state organization present.

(D) I will make sure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an engaged environment among the military personnel's and allow them to perform their duties on time.

(E) I will also arrange public relations events to create an enjoyable and engaging environment for our military personnel's.

Departments:

BO: The BO (Black Ops):
department will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and offer military security on ammo runs. For global operations and patrols, helicopters will be used. It will and will only respond to the General, negotiate from the NG side, and provide a heavy weapon license.

HR: The HR (Human Resource): department is extremely important for NG's long-term success. They are in charge of training and mentoring new recruits to ensure that each soldier understands appropriate protocol, roleplay expectations, and operating procedures. The HRs will handle recruitment, aiding the department in growing with quality and well-trained soldiers.

MP: The MP (Military Police): department will serve as the department's primary source of accountability. Their responsibilities include monitoring soldier activities, reviewing logs, investigating misconduct or complaints, and ensuring that all troopers comply to SOPs and professional standards. Military police will help to maintain discipline, equity, and transparency. They will focus on patrolling the base with ground vehicles and spotting and dealing any illegal activity within the gates.

(C) I will ensure that we deliver regular trucks filled with ammo, and I promise to serve an active term that will provide continuous support to the state organizations, developing a good relationship with each state organization present.

(D) I will make sure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an engaged environment among the military personnel's and allow them to perform their duties on time.

(E) I will also arrange public relations events to create an enjoyable and engaging environment for our military personnel's.

BO: The BO (Black Ops):
department will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and offer military security on ammo runs. For global operations and patrols, helicopters will be used. It will and will only respond to the General, negotiate from the NG side, and provide a heavy weapon license.

HR: The HR (Human Resource): department is extremely important for NG's long-term success. They are in charge of training and mentoring new recruits to ensure that each soldier understands appropriate protocol, roleplay expectations, and operating procedures. The HRs will handle recruitment, aiding the department in growing with quality and well-trained soldiers.

MP: The MP (Military Police): department will serve as the department's primary source of accountability. Their responsibilities include monitoring soldier activities, reviewing logs, investigating misconduct or complaints, and ensuring that all troopers comply to SOPs and professional standards. Military police will help to maintain discipline, equity, and transparency. They will focus on patrolling the base with ground vehicles and spotting and dealing any illegal activity within the gates.

AF: The AF (Air Force): The Air Force department will be tasked with scouting the base and gathering information about criminal activity by air.
