2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

(A) I have always wanted to be a leader and contribute to the server by sharing the knowledge I've gained from working in every org, and I believe that becoming the NG leader, which is an org that interests me, will help me achieve that objective.

(B) I have experience in NG and all other orgs. I was Ex. Deputy Chief Of Police in Frank Bellic's Term, Ex. Assistant Chief in 3 terms, Ex. Assistant Sherrif in 2 terms, Assistance General during Devain Federal's term, and I know how things work in NG and am confident that I can perform what is expected of me as a leader.

(C) I want to be the NG leader since I've held numerous positions in another city and see ways for improving the organization. I have multiple ideas for NG for better roleplaying between soldiers, leos, and citizens.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(A) The main challenge is the night shift; I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that the gates are always occupied. NG is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.

(B) I will ensure that promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving military personnel's.

(C) I will ensure that we deliver regular trucks filled with ammo, and I promise to serve an active term that will provide continuous support to the state organizations, developing a good relationship with each state organization present.

(D) I will make sure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an engaged environment among the military personnel's and allow them to perform their duties on time.

(E) I will also arrange public relations events to create an enjoyable and engaging environment for our military personnel's.

Departments:

BO: The BO (Black Ops):
department will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and offer military security on ammo runs. For global operations and patrols, helicopters will be used. It will and will only respond to the General, negotiate from the NG side, and provide a heavy weapon license.

HR: The HR (Human Resource): department is extremely important for NG's long-term success. They are in charge of training and mentoring new recruits to ensure that each soldier understands appropriate protocol, roleplay expectations, and operating procedures. The HRs will handle recruitment, aiding the department in growing with quality and well-trained soldiers.

MP: The MP (Military Police): department will serve as the department's primary source of accountability. Their responsibilities include monitoring soldier activities, reviewing logs, investigating misconduct or complaints, and ensuring that all troopers comply to SOPs and professional standards. Military police will help to maintain discipline, equity, and transparency. They will focus on patrolling the base with ground vehicles and spotting and dealing any illegal activity within the gates.

AF: The AF (Air Force): The Air Force department will be tasked with scouting the base and gathering information about criminal activity by air.

Leader of National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

As i was born in a family which have a well known Military background as my father has been a Major in Army so i have quite a affection with Army because from child hood i have been raised to respect the solders who protect us so it is a emotional connection between me and army. Also National Guard as a organization is the best org in my pointe of view it is a different point that other orgs thinks lowly of it because of some unknown reasons but as i saw in my past terms NG doesn't used its powers to the fullest because in the past there were not that much of restrictions on the NG but by the time NG was not able to full file those criteria's so those privileges were removed by time now i want National Guard to get in its prime again. I'll make sure that no one see National Guard as a org which only provide them candies ill make sure they see NG as the army of the state and give respect to every soldier that they deserve.
My goals are after becoming the General are not that complicated after becoming the leader ill try to make good bonds with all organizations after that ill try to take every single high command of mine who will have a quite good experiences this will help us to grow faster and grow healthier and at the end my main aim as the General would be to make National Guard the most respected organization in the city because we are army we protect the State of San Andreas from the possible terrorist attacks and foreign threats so they can preform there duties peacefully.



3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

There are many ways as a Nation Guard to do and improve Role Play for over solders and other citizens, they goes as follows -:

a. Ill hire the best HR team in the city to train my solders well and will hire the high commands with good exp so that the organization will run smoothly and the solders will be well trained for any situation.

b. Ill make national guard engaging so that solders can be never be bored and will host internal events to boost there moral and those events will be related to their training with some price pool it will help in both in training and will let them be engaged every time.

c. Ill take back the check point system in which National Guard do border petrol with SAHP at the prime times so that any malicious activity could be caught before it takes place and will also help solders and citizens experience a realistic role play system. And ill improve relations with other Leo's and federal orgs so that we can unlock more activates to do which will help National Guard to gain it older reputation back and will help National Guard to show their activates in front of other orgs.

d. Ill appoint the best solders who have best leader ship skills to the positions of the head of departments so that they can lead and guide the units further for their work and will manage the conflicts between there units before Military Police dose.



4. My Departments

a. Air Force- The Air Force Department will play a curtail role by doing aerial patrols, providing good air support to solders on ground, and by actively taking part in different combat missions. Further, this team will be responsible for maintaining and using aircraft to ensure the further operations goes smoothly. Their duties goes up to surveying the surrounding, ensuring that both air support and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.


b. Military Police- The Military Police Department should always be active and be alert, there main focusing should be on enforcing military rules and regulations on all solders, they will also make sure that non of the solders are breaking rules and if they and then punishing them also falls under the work of MP, and the also look and investigate the conflicts between Military personals. This department also coordinate in joint training's and exercise's with other department like Black Ops and the Air Force and help them in there daily tasks.


c. Human Resources- Human Resources is the most important of the organization which manage recruitment process and also they do train the solders. They make and handle player applications, take interviews and re-interviews, do background checks, and maintain records of players and in addition this department work with other departments and help them in there tasks as Military Police do to let the organization run smoothly and efficiently.


d. Black ops- The speciality of Black ops is in conducting covert missions, and also they have a good Hand to Hand training and are specialized in handling any Kind of weapons and in handling any kind of vehicle whether it is armored or non armored, there secondary goal is to train other Legal Org in the combat and give the S.W.A.T trainings. There main target is to keep the base protected and secured with attacks so they also have to guard the gates and make special tactics for the events when the Fz base is attacked or in any other event they are assisting other legal orgs in. I'll make sure that these units will be specially trained by the best weapon handlers and strategist in the city so that they can give there fullest to protect the city and over base.

e. Infantry- Infantry are assigned to gates and they act as the first line of defense, there second job is to inspect vehicles and personnel for proper identification and clearances and also they conduct vehicle searches. The Infantry can also use armored vehicles for the safe transportation of the General or Lieutenant General when they are visiting other organizations for meetings, upon request by the General or Lieutenant General.
