2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)

(A) I have always wanted to be a leader and contribute to the server by sharing the knowledge I've gained from working in every org, and I believe that becoming the NG leader, which is an org that interests me, will help me achieve that objective.

(B) I have experience in NG and all other orgs. I was Ex. Deputy Chief Of Police in Frank Bellic's Term, Ex. Assistant Chief in 3 terms, Ex. Assistant Sherrif in 2 terms, Assistance General during Devain Federal's term, and I know how things work in NG and am confident that I can perform what is expected of me as a leader.

(C) I want to be the NG leader since I've held numerous positions in another city and see ways for improving the organization. I have multiple ideas for NG for better roleplaying between soldiers, leos, and citizens.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
(A) The main challenge is the night shift; I will hire individuals for that shift and ensure that the gates are always occupied. NG is actively involved in night events such as bank protection, acc, subs, and so on.

(B) I will ensure that promotions are only given to hardworking and deserving military personnel's.

(C) I will ensure that we deliver regular trucks filled with ammo, and I promise to serve an active term that will provide continuous support to the state organizations, developing a good relationship with each state organization present.

(D) I will make sure that everyone receives their bonuses on time, which will help in creating an engaged environment among the military personnel's and allow them to perform their duties on time.

(E) I will also arrange public relations events to create an enjoyable and engaging environment for our military personnel's.

Departments:

BO: The BO (Black Ops):
department will conduct hostage negotiations, monitor ghettos, and offer military security on ammo runs. For global operations and patrols, helicopters will be used. It will and will only respond to the General, negotiate from the NG side, and provide a heavy weapon license.

HR: The HR (Human Resource): department is extremely important for NG's long-term success. They are in charge of training and mentoring new recruits to ensure that each soldier understands appropriate protocol, roleplay expectations, and operating procedures. The HRs will handle recruitment, aiding the department in growing with quality and well-trained soldiers.

MP: The MP (Military Police): department will serve as the department's primary source of accountability. Their responsibilities include monitoring soldier activities, reviewing logs, investigating misconduct or complaints, and ensuring that all troopers comply to SOPs and professional standards. Military police will help to maintain discipline, equity, and transparency. They will focus on patrolling the base with ground vehicles and spotting and dealing any illegal activity within the gates.

Leader of National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

As i was born in a family which have a well known Military background as my father has been a Major in Army so i have quite a affection with Army because from child hood i have been raised to respect the solders who protect us so it is a emotional connection between me and army. Also National Guard as a organization is the best org in my pointe of view it is a different point that other orgs thinks lowly of it because of some unknown reasons but as i saw in my past terms NG doesn't used its powers to the fullest because in the past there were not that much of restrictions on the NG but by the time NG was not able to full file those criteria's so those privileges were removed by time now i want National Guard to get in its prime again. I'll make sure that no one see National Guard as a org which only provide them candies ill make sure they see NG as the army of the state and give respect to every soldier that they deserve.
My goals are after becoming the General are not that complicated after becoming the leader ill try to make good bonds with all organizations after that ill try to take every single high command of mine who will have a quite good experiences this will help us to grow faster and grow healthier and at the end my main aim as the General would be to make National Guard the most respected organization in the city because we are army we protect the State of San Andreas from the possible terrorist attacks and foreign threats so they can preform there duties peacefully.



3. Your advices for improving Role-Play level in organization.

There are many ways as a Nation Guard to do and improve Role Play for over solders and other citizens, they goes as follows -:

a. Ill hire the best HR team in the city to train my solders well and will hire the high commands with good exp so that the organization will run smoothly and the solders will be well trained for any situation.

b. Ill make national guard engaging so that solders can be never be bored and will host internal events to boost there moral and those events will be related to their training with some price pool it will help in both in training and will let them be engaged every time.

c. Ill take back the check point system in which National Guard do border petrol with SAHP at the prime times so that any malicious activity could be caught before it takes place and will also help solders and citizens experience a realistic role play system. And ill improve relations with other Leo's and federal orgs so that we can unlock more activates to do which will help National Guard to gain it older reputation back and will help National Guard to show their activates in front of other orgs.

d. Ill appoint the best solders who have best leader ship skills to the positions of the head of departments so that they can lead and guide the units further for their work and will manage the conflicts between there units before Military Police dose.



4. My Departments

a. Air Force- The Air Force Department will play a curtail role by doing aerial patrols, providing good air support to solders on ground, and by actively taking part in different combat missions. Further, this team will be responsible for maintaining and using aircraft to ensure the further operations goes smoothly. Their duties goes up to surveying the surrounding, ensuring that both air support and ground operations proceed smoothly and safely.


b. Military Police- The Military Police Department should always be active and be alert, there main focusing should be on enforcing military rules and regulations on all solders, they will also make sure that non of the solders are breaking rules and if they and then punishing them also falls under the work of MP, and the also look and investigate the conflicts between Military personals. This department also coordinate in joint training's and exercise's with other department like Black Ops and the Air Force and help them in there daily tasks.


c. Human Resources- Human Resources is the most important of the organization which manage recruitment process and also they do train the solders. They make and handle player applications, take interviews and re-interviews, do background checks, and maintain records of players and in addition this department work with other departments and help them in there tasks as Military Police do to let the organization run smoothly and efficiently.


d. Black ops- The speciality of Black ops is in conducting covert missions, and also they have a good Hand to Hand training and are specialized in handling any Kind of weapons and in handling any kind of vehicle whether it is armored or non armored, there secondary goal is to train other Legal Org in the combat and give the S.W.A.T trainings. There main target is to keep the base protected and secured with attacks so they also have to guard the gates and make special tactics for the events when the Fz base is attacked or in any other event they are assisting other legal orgs in. I'll make sure that these units will be specially trained by the best weapon handlers and strategist in the city so that they can give there fullest to protect the city and over base.

e. Infantry- Infantry are assigned to gates and they act as the first line of defense, there second job is to inspect vehicles and personnel for proper identification and clearances and also they conduct vehicle searches. The Infantry can also use armored vehicles for the safe transportation of the General or Lieutenant General when they are visiting other organizations for meetings, upon request by the General or Lieutenant General.

- I want to become the leader of national guard because i have really good experience in state orgs and i know how to handle the duties and responsibilities of leadership i want to bring all those experience to NG and make it the best term.

-I will focus on training members properly so they are confident in any situation no matter if it's defending the base or helping other state organization. I would make sure NG stays organized which will help us makes operations go smoother

-As a leader I will always encourage soldiers to do their best. I want the NG to feel like a place where members are respected motivated and proud to be the part of NG as it is the backbone of all state organization it helps maintain law and order in absence of other state organization.

- i will not allow any kind of favouritism inside the organization. Ranks will only be given based on activity performance and their past experience

I have been in legal orgs from a long time holding Good Ranks and being active, i have seen that sahp is not that active on highway petrols from some time, from last 3 terms I am in SAHP as As of IA and Chief of IA. In government too I have managed as Finance officer, in FIB I managed as dhod of IA and lead many situations. Also I was the leader of Vagos. So I basically know all about legal orgs. and I guess I am ready to become general of NG.

I have seen the professionlism of FIB and how they work, i will make sure that that professionalism is followed in my org too so it will be as proper RP. and for making them learn rp, my HR department will be one of the most active one.


I will make sure that other organisations can get candies whenever they run out so they can make sure that cityis safe from crimes and my officers work effectively. I will also make sure to have a good bond with other state orgs, and working with them in collaboration, teamwork is necessary thing. I will make sure that gates are covered most of the times. And can having good highcommands with be helping me to run org smoothly without any problem. I have planned the best way to run all departments under my Leadership.

NG is always one of the dead org of city as they don't contribute in any situation because they are not enough to even cover the gates, i will be offering good bonuses and will try to make this org active.

I have also noticed that ng do a lot of rulebreaks like using heavy weapons in fz etc. i will make sure to train my officers for any situation.

1. I will make sure that people use /me /try /do for proper rp.
2. I will make sure that HR department is giving training so everyone knows in org how to behave as cop
3. As leader I will make sure that there is no favouritism and all.
4. I will improve Bonus system so we can get a good numbers in org.
5. I will be regularly conducting meetings with other state organisations and as well as will be conducting events for interacting with citizens and meetings with my own officers will be a main focus for improvement in org.

The National Guard’s base is located far from the City, giving the organization there own jurisdiction and a fully dedicated facility. This unique position offers lots of opportunities for immersive roleplay while ensuring that discipline remains a core value among our members.

With the constant threat of attacks from gangs and unofficial families, the National Guard becomes a hotspot for intense roleplay. This not only creates different RP scenarios for everyone involved but also gives us the chance to introduce new tactics and strategies to keep the experience fresh and engaging.

Commanding the National Guard is a rare honor, I would use to shape Fort Zancudo into a symbol of unity, discipline, and excitement. My leadership would ensure that our units time in the Guard is both memorable and rewarding.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

my first priority would be to set clear RP standards and lead by example. I believe in regular training sessions our units can practice scenarios together, such as negotiations, events, and emergency situations. This not only makes the RP more realistic but also builds team chemistry.

I will be Providing Regular trucks with ammunition, additionally I would have an active term which would provide continuous support to the state organizations.

As a leader of NG i will make sure our state is always ready for any threats, from gangs. I will improve the team coordination.

Under my leadership, NG will be ready to coordinate within seconds for any type of external threats ( Robberies ).

I will make sure that NG attends all the events and the gates are covered every day 12:00 to 22:00.

I worked hr department for very long time and I love to give trainings, I think to improve RP, I would organize better trainings. Practicing realistic situations will help the org to understand proper communication, NG terms, and radio codes.

I) I started my legal organizations journey with the National Guard, where I worked for more than 7–8 months. In every term, I served as Head of HR, so I know exactly how the Ng works. In NG, most newbees join to gain legal experience, and for that, I will do my best. If I get the term, it will run under proper rules and regulations. I have also worked in all legal organizations, holding the highest rank after the Deputy. In short, I will try my best to make my term the best Ng term.

II) From the beginning NG has been the most neglected and comparatively most inactive org. As a leader I will make sure that NG will be more active than other terms

III) I always try be a good Colleague in the org with my fellow officers.If I become a leader I am confident enough to get good officers in the organizations who will provide training and help me running NG perfectly.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I) I will focus on gate keeping of ng base because most of time ng gates are empty and trespassers stole the ammo from base.

II) I will make a strong hr department that gives the proper situation based training

III) It’s quite boring to stand on the gates, and sometimes it’s even more boring when there is no activity on the gate side. So i will increase the bonus system of gate keeping through this army officer also make some money while standing on gates .

IV) I will Make Sure there is no Favouritism in My Term

Special Operations Force: The responsibility of this department is to respond to the global as fast as they can to attend all the events and to do candy run.

Military Police: Will regulate the org ( looking if every soldier is working actively or not and also none of our soldier is doing any kind of corruption )

Air Force:Specially trained soldiers whose Hands are very good on heli's and Aircrafts ( doing air patrolling and safeguarding the FZ base ) also will be helping us in Candy run by giving air support and in GP also by giving Air support

2.1 When I worked in LSPD for the first time, I got to know there is so immersive RP in LEO organizations . I've had heard about NG as well but at start I was not that convinced from NG as you were not able to process a 10-15 which includes ample amount of RP .

2.2 When I joined NG first time after my friends told me to . I got in NG and worked there and got to know how fascinating NG is . You may not get the chance to process 10-15's but you have more varied plots to do RP in NG .

2.3 From start I liked to eliminate the trespassers and to protect the ammo truck and counter the bandits who try to loot international warehouse . I liked the subtle environment of NG where you are Alienated from the chaotic neighborhoods and server for the Nation in Silence .

2.4 IDK but NG ignited the flame inside me and I started liking NG more than any other Org . NG plays very crucial role in providing ammunition to other Legal Org's which plays very crucial role in safeguarding the State .

2.5 NG is one of the most Vital Organization in the state and many guys do not recognize the importance of National Guard but I do recognize and will work while maintaining the prestige of National Guard .


3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.

3.1 One of the main work of NG is to provide Ammo's to the other organizations and that is where NG lacks as per some recent terms but I will make sure to provide Ammo's to other org's as per their demand and our availability ( vice-versa ) .

3.2 For regulating the Organization you have to make sure all your departments are in right hands . I will make sure to give department head to those who are willing to work for the welfare of the department and organization .

3.3 My Head of Departments will be calm , composite , knowledgeable . They will understand the whole commotion and will come to the verdict .

3.4 For regulating the org all the departments play crucial role but HR and MP are the most imp department for internal integrity and strength of the Organization . I will make sure that Head of this departments are really experienced in their field and work actively

3.5 I will assign special tasks to The heads of the department other than the regular departmental tasks . So they can also work out efficiently.

3.6 For the growth of the Org you have to make sure that the Soldiers and rewarded and respected for their hard work , I will take out Promotion ceremony as it plays a Vital role in boosting RP . I will be organizing promotion ceremony with some fun games and will be providing them decent bonuses .

3.7 For happier regulation of an Org, you have to make sure units are happy . I will take out daily competitions within the organization and will take out some fun activities and laughing competitions which will boost Their moral .

3.8 I will make healthy relations with the other organizations as I know the importance of relations between the organizations . Cause I've been deputy and leader before .

3.9 I will take out daily drilling sessions for my soldiers so that they can train themselves to protect the state . I will try to collaborate with other organizations as well .

3.10 I will make sure all the events are getting attended and gates are covered , I will make sure daily air patrolling and ground patrolling being done nearby the FZ Base .

3.11 If someone will try to raise conflict inter or intra organization will be taken out from the org . No toxicity or Favouritism will be tolerated .

Departments :

1. SOF : Very well trained units divided in three segments : ( Aplha , Delta , Bravo ) When whole state was sleeping they will be working at night protecting the citizens , when crowd will be crawling in state they will be safeguarding them .

2. MP : Will make sure there is no internal corruption within the organization and will try to safeguard the national guard from internal disputes .

3. AF: will be escorting SOF in events and will be patrolling around the base for preventing any kind of mischievous plannings of bandits .

4. HR : will be recruiting the most qualified personnel's in the organization and will train them and carve them out to be the perfect soldier

5. Infantry : will make sure to cover the gates and patrol inside the base for trespassers and protecting the ammunition area .

I will introduce other departments as well after completion of final planning and discussions .
