This player 41109 from FIB, with Red car he came and Stopped the ATM Rob, and he clearly declines he is a LEO, but you can see he stopped the ATM Rob only leos can stop,

and proof that he is a LEO FIb Leaderboard

I am not targetting anyone, due to lack of knowledge/training LEOS are doing rulebreaks and im Pointing out over here simply !!
