I went to check timer on their panels and you can see its not even 5 minutes before the hour ends yet and we didn't even step on their property as you can see I was on a public/shared parking lot and they all unexpectedly started shooting without any demands.

Your demands were not audible on my side appreciate you clearing that up at least.

Red box is your property the green box is property of the state, I don't know where in real life state provides street lamps on private property but nowhere that I know.

This is a rental boat spawn location as you can see.

The question still remains, how are you going to give demands in a public parking lot? Your house property is over there and the place we are standing is a shared parking like most of the area where the docks & NPC are. This is the location of rental boat spawn and anyone is allowed to be there. So UB demands and RDM from you then.

It is clearly visible in your own perspective that you came there and openly provoked us. and if you are roleplaying you can't be on discord.

Metagaming (MG) - Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character. e.g Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location. Inciting someone to metagame is also against the rules. This includes emoting information that other people have no reason to currently know — your /me's and /do's should not state what others cannot see, hear, touch, smell or taste. Using VoIP programs such as Teamspeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.

I was expecting this to be brought up however bare in mind that I (78364) never said a word other than in family chat which is an IC chat and the people in the background are having their own conversation, regarding purchasing a house nothing to do with this situation. Even though I personally did not violate this rule if I had to be punished alongside your members for clear RDM+UB demands in a public space that is absolutely fine by me.

Anything you have heard regarding the actual ongoing situation will likely have been said by the several people in game surrounding me but it can't be proven as your own POV is only 20 seconds long and as for my POV (OP's evidence) I couldn't see who is speaking in the death screen as you RDMed me.

It's not your property, its where the rental boats spawn and everyone in the city and even newbies will go there to get boats, you have NO right to give demands to leave nor shoot until we have actually stepped foot on your property. If you are allowed to give demands here then rest assured every family in the city will be giving YOU and everyone else demands here and then you can't cry and say you are here because your boat spawned here.
