I would like to kindly appeal my ban. I was banned for a Security Ban, but I want to explain that my computer was hacked around May 2025, and during that time all of my accounts — including this one — were compromised.
I had uninstalled the game earlier this year (around January), and I was not aware that my Grand RP account had been accessed by someone else. I recently reinstalled the game and discovered that my account was banned due to this issue.
I have now secured my PC and all my accounts with new passwords and two-factor authentication. I assure you that I never used any unauthorized software or triggered anything intentionally. I believe this situation happened while my system was compromised.
I kindly ask you to review my case and give me a chance to return to the server. I’ve always enjoyed being part of the Grand RP community and would be very grateful if my account could be unbanned.
