1 ) I want to become the leader of the Families gang, especially because I consider them one of the best gangs in the city, and they have a long history in grand rp , which means they hold a special place in my heart.

2 ) I love the Families Gang because of their Green color , which translates to their loyalty. I also love the families hq because it's the most hq near to the ghetto bar, so we can clean up the ghetto and do a lot of activities there (roberries hostages situations , clapping, etc.).

3 ) When I start playing this project I play as a gangster because I like illegal events (activities) which makes me happier than state activities.

4 ) I want to be a leader of an illegal organization because I have a lot of experience in illegal organizations and a lot of history in my life of playing roles.




3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1 ) I can improve the role-playing level to be the most active gang in the city which can create a new image for illegal organizations and new citizens who will love the illegal side.

2 ) I will only invite players who have been in the game for over 5 years and haven't broken any rules, to let the gang safe . I will also hold a special event for my members every week (giving money to the winner) to motivate my members and and make them happy .


3 ) I can bring a good grass team to our gang to do 100%, an active graffiti team to bring 11.5k each of our members, and also good deputies to lead if iam not in city and help me to make it the best gang in town .

4 ) I will also play at max RP to enjoy RP situations (store roberry , hostage situations, robbing the gun store...), and to make it more fun .

- Hiring experienced members who know how to RP is the most important part in improving the organisation's roleplay. If a member is new or not aware, I will teach them the rules and the techniques.

- Keeping the organisation active, will make sure the org is active and is known in the city.

- Keeping active and experienced deputies, they are the veterans of the gang and they are to lead the gang in my absence. So I will make sure my deputies are experienced and have rich knowledge of server rules.

- Maintain a high level of roleplay in city to keep everything fresh and fun.

- Prohibiting intense toxicity (in a disrespectful manner), this makes sure everybody is having fun and feels safe (OOCly).

- Rewarding the members, rewarding members with bonuses can be a key point to keep the gang active.

i have been part of multiple organization's and i have gained a lot of Roleplay experience's i have been served As LSPD Deputy Chief of Police, 37th Sheriff ( 2 successful terms), Vagos Deputy and now currently i am serving back as Deputy Chief of Police. i had Loved the roleplay of state organization because my maximum part of Roleplay life i have served in Legal Side of the State. But now i want a change in my life and want to do Roleplay as the illegal side of the state. its been so much fun Journeys in the state side. and now i want to lead The Gang, and what i think is The Families is a best option to lead as it is well populated in the dark side.

Having Led Organization like SAHP, I have Developed management and coordination skills in me, i can handle large amount of unit at a same time and also maintain discipline while Keeping Fun and chaos of gang life alive.

3. My advices to improve the roleplay in the organizations are :

3.1 Maintain a balance between discipline and fun, so members feel motivated but also enjoy their time in the gang.
3.2 Reward members not just for activity, but for creativity
3.3 No Favouritism will be allowed the rank will be given on based on knowledge and activity
3.4 I Will Make Deputies who are knowledgeable and active.
3.5 I will ensure the gang’s environment is respectful and peaceful fighting will not be tolerated.

I have spent a lot of time in the gangs learning how different gangs operate and what keeps them strong. Watching how gangs like the Ballas, Vagos, and Bloods manage themselves taught me valuable things about loyalty, strategy, and respect. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful organization.

I’ve worked as under deputy in the Ballas and Vagos, and served as an OG for the Bloods, which taught me real managing ,leadership, discipline, and how to manage people in both calm and intense situations. I’ve seen firsthand how decisions affect a crew, and I’ve learned how to guide members while keeping unity and order intact.

Now I will bring all that experience to the Families. I will make the Gang stronger, more terrifying, across the city. I understand the grind, loyalty and hard work it needs to make a gang more active across the city.

1) Boost neighborhood activity by showcasing our strength, Regular Turf attacks, and engaging roleplay scenarios.


2) Plans frequent, significant roleplay scenarios (hostage/stores etc ) to keep Leos and other organizations active.

3)Hire players who knows basic rules well (our deputy will put efforts to train them) — not quantity, but quality.

4) In case of newcomer's deputy and High command will be there to teach them about basic rules including gang rules.

5) Ensure respectful behavior among us.

6) Maintain the atmosphere entertaining and drama-free so members remain active and motivated.
