2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. I want to be the next leader of the Federal Investigation Bureau because I have seen this organization at its best, and I know what it’s supposed to stand for. I started as a rookie and worked my way up to positions like Sheriff and Deputy Director, learning how the city works from every angle legal operation, gang deputy, and overall leadership. There was a time when FIB had real power and presence in the city when someone said, FIB is coming the pressure was on them it actually meant something. Today, that impact isn’t as strong or consistent as it should be, and that’s what pushes me to step up. I believe I have the experience, understanding, and commitment needed to bring back that strength and make FIB the respected organization it once was.
2. I have always believed leadership is about staying respectful, sharing responsibilities, and setting the right example. With the experience I have gained as NG General, Gang Deputy, and now completing my second term as Sheriff, I have understood how different sides of the city operate. During this term, I maintained strong numbers consistently, giving strong competition to FIB in numbers and performing better than other state orgs for a while. Being one of the oldest members of this community, I want to use what I have learned to bring clear and positive changes. My focus is to create an environment where people feel included, motivated, and comfortable working together toward common goals.
3. Another reason I am applying for FIB is because it has always been one of my favorite organizations in the city. FIB has a unique role that no other state org has the ability to run black market raids, take on gang raids, and handle high level investigations making case files. These operations are what make FIB stand out, and they are the kind of situations I genuinely enjoy working in.
My goals for this term are straightforward. I don’t only want the organization to win events I want to set up a structure that future leaders can continue. I personally feel FIB hasn’t been run the right way for some time, which is one of the main reasons I want to lead. I want those three letters on the uniform to actually represent something again. My aim is to create a team where dedication is noticed, and every member feels valued, motivated, and proud to be part of FIB.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My plans for FIB are simple but effective. I want to focus more on IC global events that involve LEOs, gangs, and citizens so people see FIB as a trusted protector of the city. I want situations handled IC-ly without breaking character, making sure everyone’s RP stays intact. Agents will use /me and /do properly, and we’ll run weekly events with rewards for top performers to keep everyone motivated. I also plan to hold regular promotion ceremonies and assign specific undercover agents to legal and illegal orgs to monitor corruption. FIB will run organized outer-city patrols, set up checkpoints, and keep a close watch around gang HQs to build a stronger presence. We’ll work with EMS during training drills and run realistic scenarios like NG raids and hostage situations so every agent knows exactly how to react. My goal is to build an FIB where every agent understands state legislation, feels confident in their role, and leads by example. With the right structure and consistency, I want FIB RP to be the best it has ever been in this city.
