The incident occurred while we were proceeding in accordance with our game rules. Since one of the players who was reported did not have insurance on their vehicle, we were only following them without initiating any RP or communicating. During this time, the reported players suddenly cut us off, opened fire directly without any RP reason, and committed an RDM violation. Both players died in the initial clash. The pursuit and harassment that occurred after the first clash could not be recorded by us. This part is not being presented as an allegation. However, recordings of the subsequent clash are available. During these recordings, it is clearly seen that the players in question: opened fire again without cause (RDM), deliberately rammed and boxed in vehicles (CR / VDM). During the final clash, the players in question were killed again, yet one of them violated the NLR rule by returning to the same area within a very short time. Clear video evidence of this situation exists. All evidence clearly shows that the incidents occurred as a result of rule violations initiated and sustained by the opposing side. Based on these violations, which are confirmed by evidence, I request that the necessary investigation be conducted regarding the players who were reported and that they receive the penalties they deserve.

Olay, oyun kurallarımıza uygun hareket ederken meydana geldi. Şikayet edilen oyunculardan birinin aracında sigorta olmadığı için, herhangi bir rol yapma eylemi başlatmadan veya iletişim kurmadan sadece onları takip ediyorduk. Bu sırada, şikayet edilen oyuncular aniden yolumuzu kesti, herhangi bir rol yapma eylemi nedeni olmaksızın doğrudan ateş açtı ve RDM ihlali yaptı. Her iki oyuncu da ilk çatışmada öldü. İlk çatışmadan sonra meydana gelen takip ve taciz tarafımızca kaydedilemedi. Bu kısım bir iddia olarak sunulmamaktadır. Ancak, sonraki çatışmanın kayıtları mevcuttur. Bu kayıtlarda, söz konusu oyuncuların: sebepsiz yere tekrar ateş açtıkları (RDM), kasten araçlara çarptıkları ve onları sıkıştırdıkları (CR/VDM) açıkça görülmektedir. Son çatışmada, söz konusu oyuncular tekrar öldürüldü, ancak bunlardan biri çok kısa bir süre içinde aynı bölgeye geri dönerek NLR kuralını ihlal etti. Bu durumun net video kanıtı mevcuttur. Tüm kanıtlar, olayların karşı tarafın başlattığı ve sürdürdüğü kural ihlallerinin bir sonucu olarak meydana geldiğini açıkça göstermektedir. Kanıtlarla teyit edilen bu ihlallere dayanarak, adı geçen oyuncular hakkında gerekli soruşturmanın yürütülmesini ve hak ettikleri cezaların verilmesini talep ediyorum.

RDM doesnt apply here since he had a bounty but you starting to shoot him likle that coudl classify as RDM but since he keot ramming its considered self defense
