Rejected RDM, NLR - ID 4272 41668

4272 and 41668 RDM me in the city after I pull a gun out in response to car ramming:

They return and kill 40089 at 0:17 in the POV (17:21 city time) from the rooftop. Someone in the same outfit as 4272 is clearly visible:

4272 returns at 17:33 (city time) after clearly being finished at 17:21 (city time) in the previous POV.
