So i went over to doc to work as a private lawyers as i do have my lawyers license , i went to represent a client and the officer there asked if he could search me which i agreed to as i had no illegal items on me i checked my backpack twice as shown in pov to make sure i had physically nothing on me , this officer searched me and claimed he found fake policemen papers on my , this in iteself is powergaming as physically i did not have them on me and shouldnt be something they can find on me, i did not show any of the officers my id i didnt claim to be an officer nor indicate in anyway i was one , you cannot find something on me thats not physically there , its powergaming , thats like searching in pda and finding out im in bloods and arresting me because im in a gang its information they should not have as icly i never showed them my fake papers nor physically have them on me.

also id 36607 never told me they were going to place me in handcuffs or grab me by the arm they just told me im under arrest started dragging me and said my lawyers license would be revoked that in itself is also power gaming

The reason for the search was clearly stated and is standard practice in the DOC for the reasons I stated in the clip. I had also seen all of their Documents and Licenses and it would therefore be logical to have noticed someone wrong with one of the documents when I searched them further as part of this security check.

NOTE: As Hector Blu has a Lawyers License and as Lawyer, any conviction of a Crime results in Confiscation of a Lawyers License. That is not Powergaming, just a statement as to a fact of the law, which he SHOULD be aware of, or is simply not a very good lawyer.

i never showed you my fake id nor is it a physical item you can have on you , searching me and claiming you saw something that isnt there just because script wise it is is powergaming and illogical , in order for you to have noticed a fake id it would have to be shown to you, same as cops if this was the case gangs could search everyone and find "id" on them and tell they are a cop, the id was never provided to you nor did i indicate in any way that i was a cop , therefore this should be considered powergaming , its a script issue that should be looked into as when you search cops you dont see "id" and if we are searched and see fake papers it should be an item we can actaully take off our person and put in a car, not to mention not once did you say i am going to be confiscating those , not once did you say im going to be placing you in cuffs , not once did you say im going to be dragging you by the arm, theres loads of pg, but the main one im concerned is the fake papers not being a physical item that you somehow searched me and found on me which it wasnt as shown in my pov i checked multiple times to make sure no illegal items were on me, it would have to be shown to you for you to be able to tell it was fake , same as for me to know who a cop is they have to show id , plain and simple its pg.

Why was the matter immediately taken OOC and wasting time with the Admins? Over 15 minutes were lost due to this where it was not necessary.

In taking the matter OOC meant that the RP could not be completed. I had to walk the suspect all the way back into the DOC from half-way across the yard and the Officers that were already available to process the suspect (twice) had left. Together with the suspects time wasting (walking away and acting like they did not know how to do certain action in their cell) from the when an Officer could be found meant that this was a matter of RP-Avoid and wasting time so the 25minutes would be over by the person who reported this.

time stops when it turns code b , and if this was the issue you should have had officers waiting thats an ic matter.

also i did tell poke chan multiple times that the timer had stopped during the code b situation , as far as an officer not doing his job properly because the suspect is not being Complient its an ic matter Aswell

Upon reviewing the evidence that was provided by both ID's, I have decided to Reject this forum.
ID 36007 will not receive punishment for Power gaming.
Fake Documents can be found on you if not in inventory due to being searched, it falls under licenses.
It is not considered PG if the person did not say they were going to put you in cuffs, or drag by arm as it shows in the "Left Eye"​
