First of all Wrong format, Wrong title, Cant Report an org for 1 persons thing, tasing someone is not RDM I would say learn the rules but after hearing u dont know what state rule 1.3 is im not suprised

You can see clearly how lspd and their high commands are violating the rules , trying to do rdm infront of the hq without any fear of anyone,missusing their weapons just for fun purposes.
