Video is a clear RDM + , but not for cheats you need more proof for cheats.

As you can see in the video this guy is hitting me in the head, he also hits his friend in the head and he doesn't miss a single shot, at 0:43 you can see he misses his shot but his damage still is registered. and also at 0:30 you can see even tho my car hits him he skipped the whole rag doll...

this roof is inaccessible from inside the zone and they know that but they use that roof from outside zone that is unfair advantage . Its inaccessible from inside the zone.

Demands were given at 3:00 but he still patched his friend up at 3:16 while we were pointing guns at his head. me ID : 299939 My friend ID: 349396 we both got RDM because of this.

you can literally hear them giving demands in the video at 0:38-0:39 seconds.
