We were at capitol then we saw this guy with illegal face Tattoo so we searched him on PDA and he was seen in criminal structures.

I was at capitol and this guy acted very unprofessionally and was wearing a mask and I even asked why are you wearing a mask and didnt say anything and even disrespected me.

I was at capitol to deposit some cash to LSPD, and then this guy cuffed me and took me to DOC, no charges, no rights nothing even did PG, fail rp all are visible in POV, he then left me and didnt even show me his ID.
