I was standing outside Ammunition store which is GZ, He came and killed me because I had stars on me.

I was at PH after I died in a gang raid, I want to know where did he saw me openly carrying as in my POV I didn't saw the officer around me when I had gun out. Additionally I want to know why soo many charges and PC were put for just open carrying. So need a full POV of the arrest.
