Here in the Pov you can see that the player 68808 was doing somhting in that house but when he aimed gun i ran away and after that i was observing him from a safe zone (which is not red zone) then he came back again and give ub demand and killed me.

Thats foothpath is under marabunta teritory. So without IC reason you entered marabunta teritory,,,,,,,,,,,,maybe that is what the guy is is trying to say.
