they came and start ram us and when i stopped and get out of the car to talk to them they rdm us ( no demands given at all )

i was passing thro doc and they Cr me and ub driving on the oppsite side of the road they kept ramming me without any demands given to pull over and when they gave me demands i pulled over they gave me 5 sec to get out of the and one of them started shooting within the 5 sec
