Additional information
1. Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
Over the year I think the Bureau has had to deal with a lot of problems that have really affected how well our agents can do their jobs and how much they know. These problems did not come from one thing but from a lot of things happening all at once like getting rid of the transfer system and letting in people who did not have enough experience yet.I think every problem is a chance to make things better. My goal is to make the Bureau stronger by making the HRT Department more organized and effective and by making the IA Department independent and professional so it can focus on making sure everyone is accountable and helped to improve. The HRT Department will do more than just give people training materials or videos to watch. Every new agent will be paired with an experienced agent who will watch them make arrests give them advice in time answer their questions and help them gain confidence by actually doing things. Of expecting new agents to figure everything out on their own we will focus on mentoring and hands-on training so every member has what they need to do a good job. The Internal Affairs Department is really important to me. I want IA to be able to work on its own led by someone who cares about being fair, transparent and following the rules. Decisions should be made in a way with everyone working together not just one person making all the choices.Importantly I think Internal Affairs should do more than just punish people. While it is still important to make sure everyone is accountable IA should also be able to teach, mentor and help members get better when they need to. Sometimes the best thing to do is not to punish someone but to guide them so they can become an agent. My goal is to create a Bureau where members are helped from the day they start expected to do a job treated fairly and given every chance to succeed. By investing in our people we can build a smarter and more united Bureau for everyone and that is what the Bureau is all, about the Bureau.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My main goal is to make RolePlay better by creating a place where agents can learn and grow. This will help them do their jobs in a way. To have RolePlay you need to know what you are doing do things the same way every time and have good guidance. It is not about having experience. I think we should have training sessions that are practical and exercises that are like real life situations. This way agents can practice before they actually have to do it. New agents will be helped by agents who can show them what to do and explain why they are doing it. I also think it is very important to give feedback that helps. Of just saying what someone did wrong we should explain how they can do better. This way agents will feel okay about asking questions and trying to get better. We should also work together with departments. We can have training sessions and RolePlay events together. This will help agents feel more confident and communicate better. It will also make things more fun for everyone. If we focus on training helping each other and always trying to get better we can make RolePlay better for the Bureau. This will make it more fun and professional, for our members and the community. RolePlay will be better and more people will enjoy it.
