ID 246530 ran me and my friend over on the footpath on purpose shown in video

I drove to the petrol station to get some gas and id 243428 drove off after i filled up i then got out the car top check the auction on my phone and id 243428 drive straight back to intestinally drove into my car at speed resulting in my car being bounced into the petrol station and blowing up.

I was asking for some help from ID 189573 doing some arm wrestling when ID 189573 rudely said very clearly' "Suck your mom" before driving off. Can this be delt with accordingly as suck things should not be tolerated. Thanks.
