Was patching this guy and he disappeared

I was in prison protection in a fully covered building with no one in it and somehow died.

I was letting this guy call his lawyer when all of a sudden he combat logged.

Took this guy out of the car to confiscate his items since illegal items are supposed to be confiscated on the scene, and this guy ran for the water to kill himself and then did CL.

Me and my officer were on duty and were looking for a stolen car, this guy that i was about to arrest decided to combat log, i hope you make the right decision and report him.
