I am playing on this project since 2022 I've had alot of knowledge as a player on all en servers. I know the rules well and understand how things work in Server. Now, I think I can do even more by becoming an admin. Being an admin would let me use what I know to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a good time and make sure everyone feels happy while playing. Plus, being an admin would let me learn more about Grand RP. With my experience, I believe I can help new players and punish rule breakers.

-> As I am gonna reach my 2.5 year milestone in Grand RP . I think I have gained enough experience from which I can help our community and make are RP server fair for everyone. I have that much experience from which I can make RP fair and as I was HR in FIB and SAHP and Leader of NG along with Deputy in Vagos Families and SAHP in en3 so I know that how to manage then. - What are your strengths?

I’ve really enjoyed RP, but I feel like it’s time to do more for the community from the admin side. I want to make sure players are having fun, following the rules and getting fair treatment. For me, becoming an admin is the next step to give back to the server and help keep the community strong.

Good knowledge of server rules
Active and available most of the time
Can explain things clearly to players who don’t know
Strict with my time and consistent
Sharp memory and a quick learner
Good at quickly assessing problems and finding fair solutions

Sometimes I try to handle everything by myself instead of just asking for help, but I’m getting better at that. Also, I can take a little too long trying to be extra fair in small situations, which slows me down sometimes.

I can stay professional, handle forums and reports quickly, and keep things fair. I’m good at solving conflicts without being biased and I communicate well with players. In real life, I work in a role where I manage operations and deal with day-to-day issues, so I’m used to staying calm under pressure and making fair decisions. I think those skills fit perfectly with what’s needed in the admin team.

I do have a job IRL, but that doesn’t affect my game time. I’m strict with my schedule and I’ve already added the game into my daily routine, so I’ll be giving around 35–40 hours a week. The availability time I mentioned is solid unless I literally die, there’s no issue with my activity.

I’ve got solid experience on both the state side and the crime side, but more on the state side. I’ve been part of all major state organizations, including FIB, NG, SAHP, EMS, GOV and LSPD, and I am currently in the LSPD. This experience gives me a strong understanding of rules, RP standards and how players interact from both perspectives.

I believe I have gained sufficient RP experience. I have been part of many organizations, and especially over the last two months, I have been at Talha Dentist's Ballas term from day one until the last day, and I became a DEPUTY during the last week. I learned many rules and RP during this process. Now I want to use this knowledge to help other players.

I am also fluent in English, Russian, and French, which helps to solve communication gaps and misunderstandings, especially on the forum, since language is often a barrier to communication and can make people uncomfortable.

Ans- hello sir i have a dream to become admin to help citizens and everyone and i see lots of time many guys are doing rule break but they not get punishment at a time. and sir I have a lot of experience in every state organizations and every crime organizations. and I See a Lot of Time Admin Not Responding to Some Situations and i wil try to do Respond Every Call of the Citizen when i will become a Admin and sir and When we message the admin thare is Situation Happen They Not Respond That Time After Situation Over They Respond its ok and i will help everyone in Admin team and citizens and sir I have taken a lot of experience in city but I am very keen to take admin experience. and I have seen many times that during store Robbery many people are doing break rules CL and Nlr and There are many good plans for me when I become an administrator. And I'll Try to Help every New Citizen and When I become admin I will try to respond to every call from citizens Possible to me and I have seen many times many gangs doing rules break and many events and When I become an administrator, I will help everyone and stop any wrongdoing. and sir I have very good knowledge about RP in en2 sir .Please give me this opportunity this is my dream. and I have been playing this city for 1-2 years and I am capable enough on my own to help the admin team.and I Decide to Leave Me RP Life and Maintain the rp Situations .

Ans :
good Time management and humble everyone and typing fast and good behaviour also and explanation and taking good learning skill and learning skill have .
I have very good communication skills so that it will be helpfull while dealing with players in a complex rp situation.
i'm also a good listener that will help me to understand the situation very well and to make a correct and wise decision .
Whenever i take any job i will try to do my best to complete my work without any mistake.
I will give my full dedication and harwork to fulfill any work that has been given to me as soon as possible.
I can answer questions or solve problems super quickly.
I explain things in a simple, friendly way that’s easy to understand.
