I want to become admin and leave RP life because i have experienced RP and experienced in all orgs in and was deputy of SAHP for 2 terms was DHS Minister there as a first person and experienced all high ranks in and have under deputy rank in almost every gang, now i have made my mind to help players in city and also punish if they break server rules.

I have spent a considerable amount of time in the city, primarily functioning as an EMS and on top of that, being involved with various legal and illegal organizations. I can't say that I have been completely invested in gangs or LEOs, which is why I spent my time involved with the EMS. Through that experience, I was able to recognize the rules of the city, and I used what I had learned to help a number of people. Now I feel that I have collected enough information to step up as an administrator to help the community. My intention is not to just focus on the RP itself but to create a smooth and fair RP atmosphere for new joiners. With time spent in multiple roles, I have developed a high degree of interest to become a State Curator in the future.

-Ive been playing Grand RP for almost 3 years and have served in many organizations as high Command over this time Ive gained a strong reputation and contributed to a lot of things that many players havent had the chance to do my goal has always been to take the term of leading an organization, but right now I can’t because I don’t have the same resources or support as others who already run organizations. many people say being an admin is not fun, but in my opinion if I cant fully enjoy the city, then it’s better to step into the admin side and bring changes that can improve the experience for everyone as an admin iwould focus on fairness, balance, and making sure every organization and player gets the same chance. I’d work to support new players, improve RP quality, host unique events, and make the city a better place for the whole community

1.Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?

I have been roleplaying for a long time and I learned about every aspect of the server. I have been in gangs,private organisations,legal organisations and now I possess great knowledge. I want to help the new comers with respect and understanding. The work of a admin is not just to help but also make sure that the citizens are not breaking rules. I will give my 101% to the admin team.



2.What are your strengths?

I am hardworking and have been working on myself from so long. I improve my mistakes isntead of just denying them. I am a fast learner and also I possess curiosity and I want to know everything which makes me more knowledgeable. I am confident about my abilities and skills. I am calm and I handle every situation with presence of mind. I dont get offended easily by silly things. I respect everyone.



3.What are your weaknesses?

My weaknesses are that I sometimes get disappointed cause I do everything with my fullest and still dont get what I deserve. I used to trust people easily but now I have improved my weaknesses and now I see everyone woth gaze of doubt.




4.What skills can you bring to the admin team?

As I mentioned that now I see everyone with gaze of doubt, I tend to give punishment to every offencer when proved guilty. I have good fluency in english and have good communication skills. I will make sure that I help every new comer with their questions and make them stick to the server. I will make sure that I dont make a rule break. There will be no Bias-ness from my side and will punish every guilty.

I have been in gangs,private organisations,legal organisations and now I possess good knowledge. and now I feel that I have gathered much knowledge and leave my RP life to step up as administrator to help the people in city. While Enjoying my RP life I learned its rules and used my experience to help out a lot of people. So I believe I can give greater support to the RP community by helping them out if I do get the chance. Instead of focusing on RP more, I just wanna create a more smoother and fair RP environment for the new joiners.
