Unfortunately you can't report this as stated in the rules The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation. The pov you're showing is not yours. And recording someone else's video doesn't make it yours.

If LEOs can use the IC chat instead of talking then I assume I can use IC chat to give demands (voice wouldn't connect)
